The ACDA Eastern Region Conference announces the 2024 College Fair, which will take place on Friday, March 1, from 10:30AM to 12:30PM in the Rhode Island Convention Center. The College Fair will feature coordinated opportunities for participating institutions to meet with both High School Honor Choirs (SATB and SSAA). Each ensemble will visit during the College Fair at assigned times for 45 minutes each (10:30AM to 11:15AM and 11:30AM to 12:15PM). This is an outstanding opportunity for your college or university to promote their program to potential students. Undergraduate students attending the conference will also be able to attend the Fair to learn about graduate programs.
Institutions will be provided one table, 4’ x 30” and two chairs, and are permitted to bring program materials and any free samples that can fit on the tabletop that you wish to share with the students and conductors. No sales will be permitted. Power and WiFi will not be available, so any electronic materials must be self-contained, and battery powered.
Space for the College Fair is limited to 22 participating institutions, so please get your applications in as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, February 21 (11:59PM EST). Please note this special event is completely different from the college booths at the conference exhibit hall.
The registration fee for the College Fair is $130.00, and all participating colleges and universities must possess an individual or institutional membership in ACDA. You can become a member here:
