Registration for the main conference has exceeded capacity. You may still participate in the composer fair, but, unless you have already registered for the full conference, participation will be limited to the composer fair (5:00-6:30pm) and the composer’s forum, a conference session designed especially for composers, that will take place 1:10-2:00pm on that same day, Thursday, February 29.
The ACDA Eastern Region Conference announces the 2024 Composer’s Fair, which will take place on Thursday, February 29, from 5:00PM to 6:30PM in the Rhode Island Convention Center. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to promote your work to more than 500 choral conductors of all choir types and to meet fellow composers.
Composers will be provided one table, 4’ x 30” and two chairs, and are permitted to bring program materials and any free samples that can fit on the tabletop that you wish to share with attendees. No sales will be permitted. Power and WiFi will not be available, so any electronic materials must be self-contained, and battery powered.
Space is limited to 22 participating composers, so please get your applications in as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is Wednesday, February 21. Note the Composer Fair is separate from the Conference Exhibition Booths.
The registration fee for the Composer Fair is $55.00, and all participating composers must possess an individual or institutional membership in ACDA. You can become a member here:

Payment for the Composer Fair is by credit card only and due in full before a table assignment is confirmed. ACDA is not responsible for electronic submission failures. No refunds will be possible.
