Nick Sienkiewicz is a New York City–based conductor, music director, vocalist, composer, educator, and arts leader. He serves as Artistic Director of the Lehigh Valley Chorale, Director of the Youth Pride Chorus, and is the incoming Artistic Director of the Stonewall Chorale, the nation’s oldest LGBTQIA+ chorus. Equally at home in orchestral conducting, Nick served as the Conducting Fellow for the Queer Urban Orchestra from 2024-2025.

Known for his dynamic artistry and commitment to building inclusive musical communities, he has led ensembles in performances at Carnegie Hall, Miller Symphony Hall, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Cooper Union, and UBS Arena, and collaborated with artists such as Pentatonix and Murray Hill. His ensembles have received National recognition with the Lehigh Valley Chorale honored as a finalist for the American Prize in Choral Performance (Community Division, 2025) and received second place in the Marian Anderson Award for Social Justice (2025).

In addition to his conducting and performing career, Sienkiewicz is an educator and mentor, as an Instructor in Music for the BFA program at the New York Film Academy, and as a Professional Artist Affiliate in Voice at Lehigh University. Nick most recently conducted the Westchester All-County Chorus, and has provided clinics and workshops for students and educators across the United States. As a composer, clinician, and advocate for community-centered music making, he is dedicated to creating artistic experiences that inspire connection, excellence, and belonging.

Sienkiewicz serves as Treasurer of the Eastern Region of the American Choral Directors Association and has played a key role in Eastern Region conference planning, serving as the Interest Session Chair in 2024, and the Conference Co-Chair in 2026. He previously served as New York ACDA’s Repertoire & Resources Co-Chair for Research and has contributed scholarship and writing in the Choral Scholar and the Choral Journal.

Nick received his Master of Music in Choral Conducing from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Bachelor of Musical Arts in Voice from Western Michigan University. Nick’s conducting mentors include Chris Albanese, David Bloom, Carolann Buff, Betsy Burleigh, Dominick DiOrio, Kimberly Dunn Adams, Walter Huff, Austin McWilliams, and Ted Sperling.
