Katy Reiser is the vocal and general music teacher at JA Coles Elementary School in Scotch Plains, NJ. She previously served as coordinator and chair of the NJ Elementary and Junior High All-State Choirs Festival, and sat on the board of NJACDA. Katy holds a Master’s in Music Education from NYU, along with certifications in Kodály, First Steps in Music, and Conversational Solfege.

Katy is honored and looking forward to conducting the 2027 Central Jersey Elementary Honors Choir in May. She is also excited for the opportunity to advocate for elementary choir teachers for the Eastern Division as the Elementary R&R chair.
