All Elementary Honor Choir events and meals for the singers are in the Rosemoor Ballroom of the Hilton Providence and their costs were part of the registration fee unless otherwise specified by the schedule.

WEDNESDAY, February 15
2:00-5:00 Registration 
6:00-8:00 Rehearsal 
THURSDAY, February 16
7:30-8:45 Breakfast 
9:00-12:00 Rehearsal
12:00-1:00 Lunch 
1:00-3:00 Concert at the Vets (Students seeing concert)
3:00-5:00 Rehearsal 
Evening free for families to explore Providence.
FRIDAY, February 17
7:30-8:45 Breakfast

1:00-5:00 Rehearsal
5:00-6:30 Dinner
6:30-8:00 Rehearsal
SATURDAY, February 18
7:30-8:30 Breakfast 
8:30-9:30 Warm-up at Hilton and travel to The Vets
9:30-10:30 Dress Rehearsal at The VETS
11:00-11:45 Lunch
11:45-1:00 Dress for concert, check out of hotel with families
1:00 Gather/travel to The VETS
2:30 Concert
