Eastern Division Calendar

Before you access the Eastern Division Calendar using this link, please read this first -

Calendar Features

The calendar is publicly viewable; no Login is required to use it.
The calendar is reserved for events which are either sponsored or co-sponsored by ACDA, or are endorsed by an ACDA Chapter.

How to Add an Event to the Calendar

To add an Event to the calendar, use the menu on the calendar page. Click on
EVENTS > ADD NEW EVENT. This will bring up an event entry form with a Details tab and a Repeat tab. (A third tab, Reminders, is not used.)
To enter the details of an event, use the Details tab of the entry form.
To list an event which lasts more than one day (for example, a conference), use the Repeat tab of the entry form.
Anyone may enter an event listing to be added to the Calendar. The event will appear in the calendar after its listing has been approved (to avoid mischief by spammers). The event will be submitted for approval automatically when you click "Save" on the Event entry form.
To return to other pages on this site after viewing the calendar, select MY CALENDAR > EXIT from the calendar's menu.
